Who is Red Table Foods?

For more than four decades, the people behind Red Table have specialized in providing quality food services and customized catering for a vast array of requirements, tastes and group sizes.

We have fed groups ranging from small, private events to the security personnel at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, and currently provide daily food service to thousands of people around the world.

This experience, innovation and commitment to quality forms the foundation for Red Table. From daily food service to special-event catering of events large and small, Red Table provides food and service of unprecedented quality in Alberta, including Edmonton area, Calgary and Fort McMurray.


Meet the guy who makes all the delicious food! Our Manager of Red Table Foods, Dennis Lowen:

Having spent most of his 27-year culinary career as an Executive Chef in the vineyards and orchards of the Okanagan Valley and beautiful Vancouver Island, Dennis brings a finesse and refinement to Red Table Foods. Between his time spent as the Executive Chef for Vancouver Island’s largest catering company to running his own restaurants, Dennis’ experience, innovation and attention to detail makes him a much sought-after Red Seal Chef. He has proudly designed and opened convention centers, catering companies, and restaurants; managing everything from initial concept creation and menu design to staff training and management.

When he isn’t managing a kitchen or cooking up a storm, Dennis enjoys getting out to the lake, riding ATVs and spending time with his family. His favourite type of food is Italian, but he enjoys traveling to find the best food a region has to offer, no matter what it is. In his travels, he opts for off-the-beaten-path places offering home cooking.
