Food Safety

We understand that even a minor breach of food safety protocol can endanger human health and livelihood so our staff trains in the latest Food Safe practices. Red Table is supported by certified on-staff HACCP supervisors and a certified full-time Public Health inspector.

Food safety, quality, and consistency are ensured through Red Table’s centralized menu management database, which provides detailed menus, portion sizes, and nutritional information and safety checkpoints. Our procedures are based on provincial and federal legislation, as well as HACCP guidelines.

Our suppliers also utilize food safety programs, which meet or exceed the requirements of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
